Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be made up to 24hrs prior to your appointment with no penalty.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of the service price or $100 for any medical aesthetic appointments.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment, or are more than 15min late for their appointment, will be charged the full cost of their appointment or $200 for any medical aesthetic appointments.

Consultations will be charged a $100 no show fee.
